When we were in High School we used to spent afternoons eating cakes and chatting!
Ingredients
1 box of Pavesini cookies
4 eggs
250 gr of sugar
250 gr of mascarpone
250 gr of whiped cream
6 coffee cups of...coffe
cocoa powder
Prepare the mascarpone cream whisking the 4 yolks with the sugar in a bowl and then add the mascarpone and continue to whisk.
In another bowl whip up the egg whites and add to the mascarpone cream, then add also the whiped cream and whisk slowly.
Dip the cookies in the coffee and dispose in a dish composing a layer and cover with the cream, then with another layer of cookies, another of cream and garnish with cocoa powder.
refrigerate for 2/3 hours before serving.
