In effetti, io e Pepper non mangiamo molto pesce. Un po' per pigrizia e un po' perchè siamo dei veri appassionati di carne. Ma forse è il momento di dare una sterzata alla nostra dieta. Cominciamo con una ricettina semplice semplice.
Ingredienti per 2 persone:
I have to tell that I have another really bad habit: I don't eat enough fish. I don't know exactly why, but if I have to choose I prefer meat! I think it's time for a change and I decided to make something with fillets of cod. Let's start!
Serves 2: 500 gr of frozen fillets of cod, 10 cherry tomatoes, 20 stoned black olives, 50 gr of capers, extravirgin olive oil, salt.
Ingredients for the side: 1 aubergine, 1 zucchini, 1 potato, garlic, extravigin olive oil, salt.
Start cutting the vegetables in cubes, dress with oil, salt and a clove of garlic inside. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 250° C and cook the vegetables for 45 minutes. Prepare the cod in another pan and dress it with a sauce that you can made cutting in small pieces the tomatoes and adding the capers and the olives. Put some oil and a little pinch of salt. After 15 minutes add the cod in the oven with the vegetables and cook it for 30minutes. In this way both the coureses are ready in the same time.
